 Handover of management

With the takeover in 2023, Walter Looser AG was further developed in a targeted manner and strengthened as a specialized subsidiary within the Group.

On April 1, 2026, Christoph Werffeli will take over the management of the company and lead it into the next phase of development. Patrick Epp is handing over his operational responsibility as part of the succession plan and will remain involved in an advisory capacity.

We would like to thank Patrick Epp for his many years of commitment and service. We wish Christoph Werffeli every success in his new role.
