SPT3 - Spezifikationstext Bronzeshop (Englisch)
Métafram sintered bearings are porous, lubricant-containing plain bearings. Therotating shaft removes lubricating oil from the pores by means of a suction effect. After the shaft has stopped and cooled down, this is then sucked back into thebushing by way of capillary action. As the oil cannot be lost through circulationduring rotary movements, Métafram bearings are self-lubricating.Applications: Machine tools, textile machines, packaging machines, printingmachines, agricultural machines, vehicles, fans, household appliances, electrichand tools, electric motors, office machines, toys, medical devices, optical devices, etc.

SPT1 - Spezifikationstext Bronzeshop (Deutsch)
SPT3 - Spezifikationstext Bronzeshop (Englisch)
The characteristic feature of rolled bushings is their thin-walled construction. Therefore, the space required for bearings with the same shaft diameter and thesame stress parameters is smaller than for turned bushings or even rolling bearings. This is all the more significant for larger shaft diameters. Rolled bushingscan be supplied with or without flange. In this version, bushings with lubricationpockets, perforated or perforated with seals, are available from stock.Wieland-B09 plain bearings are highly durable and wear-resistant with very goodthermal stability and corrosion resistance. Hardened shafts are necessary for highloads.

As the oil cannot be lost through circulationduring rotary movements, Métafram bearings are self-lubricating.Applications: Machine tools, textile machines, packaging machines, printingmachines, agricultural machines, vehicles, fans, household appliances, electrichand tools, electric motors, office machines, toys, medical devices, optical devices, etc.
