Bei Gleitteilen ist eine gute Schmierung erforderlich. Das Gegenmaterial muss gehärtet sein. Zerspanbar wie Stahl gleicher Härte. Gut warm verformbar. – Gleitlager mit hohen Schwelllasten. Höchstbelastete Lager in Kniehebel- und Exzenterpressen. Gleitplatten, Druckmuttern, Spindelmuttern, Wellen, Ventilsitzringe. Bedeutsam ist die Anwendung für Schnecken- und Zahnräder mit sehr hohen Belastungen bis zu mittleren Geschwindigkeiten.

Le bronze d’aluminium polynaire très dur. Présente à la fois une bonne résistance à la corrosion, à l’eau de mer, à de nombreux acides et à l’oxydation. Ce bronze est inoxydable à chaud jusqu’à 900 °C et reste ductile jusqu’à -196 °C. De ce fait, il est idéal pour les usages à hautes et basses températures. Le LAB 75 ne possède aucune caractéristique antifriction, de sorte qu’une bonne lubrification est exigée pour les parties en frottement. La contre-pièce doit être trempée. Aluminium-Mehrstoffbronze von hoher Härte und hervorragenden Festigkeitseigenschaften. Hohe Korrosions- und Meerwasserbeständigkeit. Gut beständig gegen viele Säuren. Oxydations- und zunderbeständig bis 900 °C. Bleibt bis -196 °C duktil, daher auch gut bei tiefen Temperaturen einzusetzen. LAB 75 besitzt keine Notlaufeigenschaften. Le bronze d’aluminium polynaire très dur. Présente à la fois une bonne résistance à la corrosion, à l’eau de mer, à de nombreux acides et à l’oxydation. Ce bronze est inoxydable à chaud jusqu’à 900 °C et reste ductile jusqu’à -196 °C. De ce fait, il est idéal pour les usages à hautes et basses températures. Le LAB 75 ne possède aucune caractéristique antifriction, de sorte qu’une bonne lubrification est exigée pour les parties en frottement. La contre-pièce doit être trempée. Le bronze d’aluminium polynaire très dur. Présente à la fois une bonne résistance à la corrosion, à l’eau de mer, à de nombreux acides et à l’oxydation. Ce bronze est inoxydable à chaud jusqu’à 900 °C et reste ductile jusqu’à -196 °C. De ce fait, il est idéal pour les usages à hautes et basses températures. Le LAB 75 ne possède aucune caractéristique antifriction, de sorte qu’une bonne lubrification est exigée pour les parties en frottement. La contre-pièce doit être trempée. L’usinabilité du LAB 75 est analogue à celle d’un acier de la même dureté. Ce bronze présente aussi une bonne aptitude au façonnage à chaud. – Douilles et coussinets pour fortes charges et frottement
