Sales Clerk (m/f/d) - 100%
Your tasks
- Supporting, advising and maintaining customers from Germany and abroad as well as recording and processing orders
- Prepare quotations, including calculating sales prices, following up on quotations and closing the sale
- Prepare export documents
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Entering new articles and maintaining the existing product range
- Receiving and processing complaints
- Supporting the online store independently
Your profile
- Commercial training with an affinity for technical products or technical training with further commercial training
- Fluent written and spoken German, fluent French and basic knowledge of English
- Some years of professional experience, if possible in sales
- Industry knowledge in technical trade is an advantage
- Self-confident and customer-oriented personality with negotiating skills
