Flanged bushing C 15/21x20

Métafram BP 25 Flanged bushing C

Métafram sintered bearings are porous, lubricant-containing plain bearings. Therotating shaft removes lubricating oil from the pores by means of a suction effect. After the shaft has stopped and cooled down, this is then sucked back into thebushing by way of capillary action. As the oil cannot be lost through circulationduring rotary movements, Métafram bearings are self-lubricating.Applications: Machine tools, textile machines, packaging machines, printingmachines, agricultural machines, vehicles, fans, household appliances, electrichand tools, electric motors, office machines, toys, medical devices, optical devices, etc.

Looser bearing LG 41 Cylindrical bushing

Looser plain bearings LG 41 are ready-to-install bushings made from continuouslyor centrifugally cast multi-material tin bronze. This excellent bearing bronze hasgood sliding properties and high wear resistance. The sliding elements are seawater-resistant and suitable for oil or grease lubrication. Special production accordingto customer drawings is also possible in many other bronze materials at favourableprices.Typical applications: Bearings for general mechanical engineering, agricultural andconstruction machinery, textile and packaging machines, auxiliary storage inmachine tools.

The characteristic feature of rolled bushings is their thin-walled construction. Therefore, the space required for bearings with the same shaft diameter and thesame stress parameters is smaller than for turned bushings or even rolling bearings. This is all the more significant for larger shaft diameters. Rolled bushingscan be supplied with or without flange. In this version, bushings with lubricationpockets, perforated or perforated with seals, are available from stock.Wieland-B09 plain bearings are highly durable and wear-resistant with very goodthermal stability and corrosion resistance. Hardened shafts are necessary for highloads.

Métafram BP 25 Cylindrical bushing

Wieland-B09-LD Cylindrical bushing

Specifications
Métafram FP 20
Cylindrical bushing 25/30x20

Métafram FP 20 Cylindrical bushing
